An 18 yr old teenager is left at home by herself- what more fun than to invite over the girls- while their boy toys perv from the window and a dangerously mental former-town dude with a drill shows up to bring the house to life- including the pretty girl they snubbed next door and her annoying kid sister! Gotta love it!
