Review of The Peanut Butter Solution (1985) by Tania C — 25 Aug 2007
My sister and I remember this wacky movie. it is about a boy who goes into a haunted house and sees a ghost. the ghost scares him so badly that all of his hair falls out. the boy is depressed because he looks so stupid (without hair). luckily, one night, he is visited by a ghost (the same one? ) who tells him to make a smoothie with everything in the kitchen--if he drinks this it will make his hair grow back--the ghost tells him not to forget the peanut butter, because that's what makes the hair grow (what??). anyways, his dad and sister catch him in the kitchen when he's just about the drink it and flush the smoothie down the crapper. but its ok, because the next day, the kid has hair again! LOTS OF HAIR! so much hair that it puts him in a coma! then he gets kidnapped by a man who kidnaps kids, but michael (our hero) is different because the bad man is using michael's hair as the bristles for 'magic paint brushes".
No kidding.
