Review of The Nomi Song (2004) by Jacob K — 17 Jan 2008
A fascinating chronicle of how this New Wave opera spaceman made contact with a wide range of earthlings in the 80s. The documentary does a fair job at balancing his personal and professional development though it unfortunately relies pretty heavily on interviews with those with whom he had fallen out.
Klaus was one of the early victims of AIDS and the story behind the premature end of his life gives an excellent perspective on the experience of these first victims and their loved ones.
