Film of the year. A spectacular work of art that lingers in mind long afterwards. The sublime imagery of this near-plotless movie is an absolute feast for the eyes. A panorama for modern Rome and its elite, a panorama for life; love, loss, fear, and melancholy.
I waited a couple of months after watching it for the first time to check if my affection with the Fellini-esque visaul masterpiece will fade, and it didn't.
