Fantastic film that has great performances, amazing cinematography and awesome direction. Possibly the best directed film of the year so far, it borderlines on experimental sometimes but not in an overtly way.
The scenes of Keira Knightley singing are fantastic and the war scenes sublty brutal. Although you kinda wonder where the film is going at certain points, the overall outcome makes you realise this is not a film about the story but about the characters and the choices they make and the lives they live :-).
