Review of The Curiosity of Chance (2006) by Chelsea D — 25 Dec 2008
As an afficianado of 80's teen films I was not disappointed in this satire. The family interactions were amazing and the fantasy elements combined effortlessly with the flamboyant leads perspective on life and the quirky 80's vibe.
The clothes were awesome and the obvious hind-sight the film used to criticize conformity was a wonderful lens through which to view coming of age and coming out.
