Made in 1946.A facially deformed and mentally unhinged man wreaks his revenge on those who deformed him with a series of brutal murders.Decent Seriall Killer Flick from Universal,you cant keep your eyes off Rondo Hatton as the Creeper whenever he's onscreen,Despite him being evil I did actually sympathise with his character and he even gets tangled in a love affair with a blind woman,do check it out its a really good Thriller.
