Black Waters is pretty much a Sci Fi Channel movie of the week. How it got on the big screen is beyond me. I am gonna judge it against other direct to video type films since it doesn't seem fair to compare it to big budget films.
By that standerd it's not bad. Sure it has terrible direction, script, and acting. But it has a good concept, cool kills, and hot chicks....what else you want from this kind of movie?
