As a based-on-a-true-story film, this was amazing, but as a standalone movie not so much. the story went back and forth from "omg we're being shot at and seeing horrific things" to "omg we didn't die and now we have a pulitzer!".

to live like that must be incredibly intense, and I'm glad I got to see that in a film. but I think the film would have been a lot more interesting if they played up the moral ambiguity issues that come with being a combat photographer.
