SUPERFLY.
Superfly is a great example of the Blaxploitation movement of the 70's. This is an American independent film that's at it's most shoot from the hip. It's a movie that was made by the African American community, for the African American community. It was a very interesting time in American cinema history and this film proves it. Also, the soundtrack by Curtis Mayfield is legendary. A must see.
