This is Hogan's best movie. And I don't say that because its good in any way. In fact, it only gets three stars because its so ridiculous that its actually a little entertaining. Mind-numbingly dumb but memorable.
Biker guy: "Nah, man, this is the 90's, we're gonna sue ya!".
