Some say that New York City in the 1970s was like Rome in 100BC. Old school graffiti-writer Tracy 168 described the city as a Disneyland of dystopia. This public art documentary showed the world what was happening in NYC from the people and in the places as it began.
From Brooklyn to Queens and everything in between, this is a a film you must see.
