Review of Stranger Than Fiction (2000) by Kyle T — 26 Nov 2011
A great com-dram about a man who wants to figure out why his life is being narrated. It was a great premise, and took itself seriously, but still leaving plenty of room for very well-written comedy. I will admit, it feels odd giving this a perfect rating, but I can't help it, for me, this film just really stuck out.
I really enjoyed everything about it. It was well written, amazingly acted, and sticks to its premise really well. Even if the end was felt a bit forced, the reason why was actually thought out and inserted into the story, rather than just put in for the heck of it.
Not too much else to say really. I recommend everybody at least give it a watch.
