Review of Somersault (2004) by Susan M — 16 Nov 2007
Gripping, heart-warming, erotic tale of a 16-year-old girl who`s trying to explore her sexuality. Beautifully pictured, quiet movie that says everything. Simple, sensitive story line that grabs your attention and keeps you watching.
Cornish did a great performance as a kid who doesn`t find the great line between love and lust and who doesn`t know what`s right and wrong. Also has a wounderful soundtrack (check out Decoder Ring) that perfectly escort and support the story.
