Don't watch it as a serious movie and you'll do fine. I f--king LOVED how poor Hélène rented this for the French House to watch and she had NO IDEA what she was getting into. So Serial Mom + 50% more off-the-wall.
The ending is so bad-it's-good. Best line: "I feel nothing." Sophie, Sophie, Sophie. Only for those who love dark humour.
