Biography of a man who was one of a kind in his day. frank serpico was a cop who saw corruption all around him and refused to take part in it. he fought as hard as he could, but like so many other things, politics wound up winning out over what was noble and right.
as usual, al pacino was stellar and the supporting cast was great.
