The news reports with the commercials make this movie an undeniable classic in my mind. And the future is somewhat realistic with technology going crazy but the streets are still filled with homeless people and everyone is unemployed. The action scenes in Robocop are still being recreated to this day. I'm so upset they're talking about doing a remake for this movie!
UPDATE: I'm not upset they're doing a remake. Darren Aronofsky is slotted as the director!!! Very excited!
