Review of Rise: Blood Hunter (2007) by Jessy T — 12 Oct 2007

This is the first time I've ever seen a Vampire Noir film. If you like old black and white movies about a guy trying to get revenge on those who have done him wrong, and also like vampires, then this might be for you. It's all here. The revenge, the violence, and the flashbacks.

I really dug it, and think it was stylishly done. Plus, there are tons of cameos of B movie actors, making it even more fun. And looking at Lucy Liu for 2 hours is not a bad way to spend an evening.
