Review of Restoration (1995) by Lauren C — 30 Mar 2004
Okay...since I can't find the movie listed on here...
Watched a movie titled "Reformation" starring Robert Downey Jr. (as the whore-mongering physician that hits the big time) , Meg Ryan (an insane Irish woman living with a cloister of other insane women in a Quaker community), and Hugh Grant (as a gay painter...not much acting went into that role...HA...).
It rocked my socks. Funny, dramatic, sexy, miserable...this movie had everything except midget sex and penguins, collectively of course.
Thus, I rate this delightful, brain-vegitative, crack-smoking, non-historical film of "God-only-knows-when-it-was-filmed-'cause-RT-doesn't-have-it-listed---the bastards" as...
Restoration :fresh: 6/10.
