Review of Pick-up (1975) by Ville I — 01 Feb 2009
Odd drive-in "classic" trip film where three hippies end up in a swamp and see clowns, senators, Greek gods and other assorted weirdness and dance around naked. Even though it's only 70 minutes, all the scenes are super-over-extended and the accompanying soundtrack is just bizarre.
Probably has a lot of hidden meaning, especially since the film had its own "astrological advisor" during production.
