Review of Parking (2008) by Ohnus C — 16 Jan 2009

This is the kind of film that I wish my first feature film would look like. it's relatively low budgeted with less than 20 actors but still the production is top-notch. almost the entire film was shot in an old building in taipei.

but the script is very smart with a number of unexpected twists. the music composed for the film and the songs used throughout are perfect. for actors, i'm most impressed by lunmei kwai who delivered a truly remarkable performance though she's on screen for only about 15 mins.

overall, it's a stylish indie film targeted to audience who wanna see sthg different from the ordinary hollywood flicks. 4 stars out of 5.
