Review of Outlander (2008) by Tylor B — 18 Jul 2010
I was a little surprised how good this was, considering it came out only a year ago and I've never even heard of it. It's got a pretty good cast really with some new faces mixed in with some older ones.
John Hurt was as good as always, Ron Perlman should have had more screen time though. It's got some brilliant special effects, great music and an unusual mix of sci-fi and ancient Nordic. The Moorwen look amazing and it's a new an interesting concept of an animal.
