Review of Nightmare City (1980) by Eddie D — 02 May 2010
Lenzi's movies never fail to entertain, and this one is so blissfully idiotic that it's impossible to be annoyed by its frequent inconsistencies and moments of laziness and ineptitude. Even the slipshod oatmeally make-up job on the zombies is part of its absurd charm.
Stiglitz, by the way, is utterly wooden in his role - and only part of that has to do with the movie's wretched dub job. Some of his scenes really, really drag.
