Review of Neighbor (2009) by Ronnie B — 29 Jul 2010
I had high hopes for this one but it wasn't to be. I was worried as soon as it started and my concerns were warranted. The gore effects were pretty good but that's about it. After seeing America Olivo in Bitch Slap I thought she might be able to pull it off.
Granted that all she had to do in that movie was act pissed off all the time I still thought she had an interesting look to her. Here she's a total nutjob. She's just not convincing at all in her role.
Hopefully she can find something in the future that will challenge her to do more. A total disappointment.
