This movie has all you really need to know about the social conflicts of the 1800's between the Irish and the Crown. It's not so much a western as it is gangster movie but if you dig the Irish and like watching the heroes fight for freedom this movie would suit you well.
I am not much of a Heath fan but the accents really work for me and I might have roots in aussieland with my Irish background so this movie is one of my favorites.
