Review of Mindhorn (2016) by Casey L — 04 Jan 2018
As a big fan of Julian Barrat's work in Nathan Barley and The Mighty Boosh, I was looking forward to this movie, and it really delivered. Mindhorn delivers a lot of laughs, and does so efficiently, clocking in at just under 90 minutes.
The performances were solid, the characters were fun to watch, and it had a few good action sequences. What more can you ask for in a comedy, especially these days? Mindhorn was funnier than anything that's come out of Hollywood in quite awhile, in my opinion.
Looking forward to what Barrat and Simon Farnaby do next!
