Lots of energy going nowhere, unless you pine for the garage/office/warehouse/dock fights that HK was doing better decades ago. In that case, enjoy the last 40+ min., including a dull confined space fight in an elevator.
I'd like to hope that this is an encouraging sign of better things to come, but would rather this had been a more ambitious failure than such a boring retread of better films.
