Quite possibly shares the title of the most LIKEABLE film ever made with Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Unsurprisingly, they are written by the same bloke. Sure, Maverick is about 20 minutes too long, but can you really have too much of a good thing, when that thing is pure goofy charm and fun and cheekiness? Rhetorical question.
