Loved it, one of my favourite SciFi films of recent years. I couldn't care less about the science 'holes', since when have most scifi films really made a lot of sense in terms of real science? (eg Gamma rays do not turn you into a big green superhero, they just give you cancer).
What I like is the strong female lead, and the positivism regarding human potential, something that is pretty rare in scifi movies (reminds me more of classic scifi like AE Van Vogt), it's also witty, exciting, and just a great ride, turn off your personal incredulity and just go with it.
