Review of Lake Tahoe (2008) by Fernando G — 03 May 2009
Liked the story but hated the cinematography. The (ab)use of audio-only scenes was taxing on the viewer. It could have been a good short 45-minute movie. My theory is that the director wanted to make us feel how painfully boring the life in a forsaken Yucatán town is.
In that respect, it succeeded.
