Review of Lackawanna Blues (2005) by Tom B — 04 Jul 2010
A great movie about the segregation era Lackawanna. With a fantastic cast and a rich and moving story HBO hit the jackpot again.
The lead character of Rachel "Nanny" Crosby and the dynamic and fiery relationship with Terence Howard's unlikely hero was excellent.
All told through the eyes of Junior, a little boy Nanny takes in.
Excellent.
