Review of Kill List (2011) by Mitchell R — 14 May 2013
Use the subtitles. The movie is improvised, and you have to bring your own interpretation.the sub-plots and characters hint at more than is fully explained, so you have some creative license. The ending explains very little, and yet remains a very solid climax to about a solid hour of growing and interesting tension.
I think this is a version of Stephan King that just got darker and more unhinged. Leaving us to ask, just what the hell kind of screw up did these guys have in Kiev? We never learn what he did to that toddler, and based on what this film is willing to share with us, I don't ever want to know what happened in Kiev.
