Review of Kabluey (2007) by Cody B — 19 Oct 2008
This film was a delight to watch. I didn't know what to expect going in, but I was pleasantly surprised. Scott Prendergast wrote and acted beautifully in this film about feelings of isolation, loss of a significant other to a higher cause, helping someone but not getting recognition for it, and being selfless when it's so much easier not to be.
The characters are universal, the comedy is poignant, and it leaves you with a good feeling by the time the credits roll.
