Review of Insomnia (2002) by Yash B — 22 May 2018
This film is based on the Norwegian film of the same title. I think Pacino's performance particularly is superb at least equaling the same role played by Stellan Skarsgard. The filming style is claustrophobic, and of course the main role is the sun, that never sets in northern Alaska in midsummer.
Excellent film, but also watch the 1997 original.
