Review of Ill Manors (2012) by Arif B — 06 Nov 2012
There are a lot of gritty urban London based gangster flicks out there but none of them are quite like this. This is like a 2 hour nightmare, it's dark, grim and tragic, only occasionally letting up for the briefest moments of light relief before decending back into the nightmare.
What also makes this movie really interesting is the soundtrack. The soundtrack tells the story too, ecah character's back story is told through one of Plan B's tracks and it all fits perfectly into the movie.
