Review of ICHI (2008) by Niklas S — 13 Jul 2009

Now that I'm watching the Zatoichi series again I felt that it was proper to watch all the incarnations of the legendary show (not gonna watch Blind Fury again). So I watched this "Ichi", a way gloomer version of the sometimes comedic Zatoichi.

I think that they tried to hint that Zaoichi might have been her father but I highly doubt that he had time to father a child. She was left by this bind swordfighter of a father and thus she has a lot of unresolved issues.

This is actually not halfbad and when there's no more Zatoichi this is very good substitute.
