Excellent documentary which clearly demonstrates that the lawsuit of the old lady with hot coffee at McDonald's was justified, not frivolous. Also demonstrates the harm that so-called "tort reform" can create.

I was in tears during part of this documentary because people who are supposed to find justice in our civil court system were left holding the bag because of rich politicians and McGreedy corporate America; shame on them all and more power to the people!
