Very moving. Have to admit, I tried to read the book a few years back and couldn't get into it, so I was a little worried I may not like this either. However, it was a rare case where the movie was better (or maybe just me at the time I tried to read the book).
Not much I can say about the plot - gay couple who meet in their teens in the 70's, their lives and families and eventually succumbing to AIDS. Yes, there was a few tears and frustration at the parents attitudes.
