5: I love Frenzy. I'd say it is easily Hitchcock's funniest picture. The dinner scenes with the inspector and his wife are to die for. It feels as if Hitchcock freed himself of some of the popular constraints placed upon him earlier in his career and this is a more unadulterated version of his mind at work.
It includes virtually all of his typical hallmarks in abundance and works right up through the final credits. I'd say this is his most underappreciated masterpiece by far.
