Review of For the Bible Tells Me So (2007) by Patrick L — 10 Nov 2008
A great documentary about how the Bible is often misused to discriminate against and alienate a very large community of people. And while I'm not a gay person struggling to cope with my faith (or lack there of), I still found the film to be relevant to my life due to the fact that it is unfairly dictated by a few verses from a book.
The subjects' stories were intense and moving and completely relatable. I really think all gay people and their families should see this. Powerful stuff.
