Review of Fingerprints (2006) by Aaron M — 28 Aug 2010
I only became aware of this movie b/c the director is a stand up comedian who I saw and he previewed the movie at the end of his act. It is a very low budget "horror" film (I say that in quotes b/c I didn't find it to be all that scary nor gross) so, there is really no surprise that it underwhelms to say the least.
What does make it interesting to me, and perhaps my fellow San Antonians, is that it is based off of the famous urban legend here about the railroad tracks, and the kids pushing your car on them. If you live here, you know what I'm talking about.
If you don't, look it up. And see the movie if you desire, just keep your expectations wayyyyy low.
