Review of Fat Head (2009) by Andrew K — 19 Mar 2011
The information in this movie is really great. This movie provides insight into alternate nutritional theories which appear to be gaining momentum in the scientific community. I really admire how it takes a stand against conventional nutritional wisdom which has been promoted by the medical community, movies like Supersize Me, our government, and the food industry.
That being said it's a little too long and gets a little boring at times. The animation is ok, but is pretty low budget.
I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is interested in nutrition from a scientific standpoint.
