Neither a great street-art doc nor a great meta-art prank, but it does accidentally give up some good stuff about street art, documentarians fishing for narratives in acres of footage, and the allowances viewers give "smart art" and documentaries.
Amusing? certainly. Informative? somewhat, in spite of itself. entertaining? yes, though not without making your disappointment pretty palpable.
