Review of Evelyn (2002) by Agnes A — 28 Aug 2007

Pierce Brosnan simply at his best, no, at his ultimate, growing above himself in this film. I had not liked him before I saw this film, and still did not get to like him (as a person) in his interview after the film, so his perfomance in this film really convinced me.

I deeply appreciate director Beresford, being able to create and capture a certain authentic atmosphere and pulling out the best of the actor!! And Evelyn is just an angel...
