Review of Essential Killing (2010) by Adam S — 09 Feb 2012
A grueling tale led with a convincing portrayal of desperation and endurance. The plot itself is limited, accompanied mostly by sounds of silence, but strays little from the believable and occasionally obscene tale that is clearly intended.
The film does take its own amount of endurance to watch. It ends how it should. The twist lays in the very beginning. What happened?
