This movie made me feel hollow inside. An incredible unique movie from the legendary Gus Van Sant inspired by the tragedy of the Columbine shootings. The movie very stylistically follows students through an average day at school for about an hour and then in a horrific final twenty minutes recreates the horrors of Columbine in a similar incident at this school. The killings did not bring a tear to my eye but they made me feel uncomfortable and even edgy for quite some time. An incredible piece of cinema and very unique.
