Review of Electronic Labyrinth: THX 1138 4EB (1967) by Andrew B — 17 Jul 2007
This is Lucas' graduation piece at USC. In this short 15 min. piece you see young George Lucas' fantasy take shape. If you pay attention to the sounds he uses, then you'll notice them in Star Wars A New Hope as well. Also, his short may not be as layered as the motion picture, but it fits with its title, Electronic Labyrinth. It was a good piece and I love the new version he released of the Motion Picture. I'm sorry we lost Lucas to the Dark Side of the Force... He's simply not the same man any more... Whatever happened to that kid?
This is a must see for people who are interested in movies and are making movies them selves...
