Review of Dreams of a Life (2011) by Michael D — 22 Apr 2012

Very moving documentary about a young black woman who was found in her London apartment after being dead for three years. No-one really knows why this happened as she was very well liked and the film is a well constructed attempt to get to the core of this mysterious and terribly tragic event.

Also of minor note - reconstructions in documentaries are usually utter shite - but here they work quite well - a rarity indeed.
