Review of Donnie Darko (2001) by Trevor F — 12 Apr 2016

I could never say enough about this movie. Many say it is vastly underrated, but I disagree. Any distinction other "one of the greatest films ever made" is underselling it. There are some who will see this and not like the complex narrative and extremely smart dialogue, but for my money, never has a film existed like this one.

To make such a film so perfectlt automatically puts it in the highest echelon of films. Take those amazing story and directorial marvels and add amazing performances and a stellat soundtrack, and you have my personal favorite film.
