This is a Michael Moore movie following the effects of the chemicals used in Desert Storm on supermen. This movie is great, first it unlocks the secrent "Superman" project of the military and then it shows how the only way for supermen to survive is to constantly eat raw steak.
Bravo Michael Moore!
